You have to remember that CZR has no cash and is piling up debt just to keep the lights on. A few weeks ago, it was FEX or a capital raise. If not for FEX we'd be floating down sh*t creek backwards with no paddle staring down a king size dookie of a capital raise. When one seagull squawks, they all come rushing! I doubt that we would have seen offers from GV and Rio this early if not for the FEX deal.
