yeah I understand. my experience, quite limited mind you, has often seen a price run up in a weird fashion right before raise happens, and funnily enough CRR did exactly that when it initially ran from 5c to to 14c and they did a raise for 12million, I think?? since then it's certainly been a rough ride.
