I don't disagree but in the case illustrated the company was significantly strapped for cash and needing a huge injection. If lake can hold out and get some runs on the board first they can command a much better deal. CRs to this point have allowed SH not to be at the mercy of such a significant event. When the board choose who to bring on board it will be on better terms and with a market leader of their choosing.
