The new shares are issued @ between 1 cent and ¼ of a cent to the new shareholders.
The new company has very little cash and one old exploration lease that CRS had farmed out to Platina --- The Central Norseman operations have been sold.
So my guess is they will trade somewhere around the 1 cent.
I think I need $6.36 to get my money back – if it wasn’t so sad it would be funny.
At least we can sell and claim tax loss.
