Could be a few factors here, In the past SL said no to take overs. RMS has purchased 19.9% Possible blocking stake by RMS, other suitors may be like what ever. Taken longer then expected for current share holders to see gold bars or a take over, boredom factor. Maybe people don't really know what's happening behind the scenes, soon as a offer hits people will be I told you so, Tomorrow or in 6 months.
Personally I will just keep buying more as the price falls, not a normal play I have but I can't see how any money in the bank can go wrong. High grade mine with eagles circling the carcass, something will give.
