    From my experience, a good premium for a desirable asset is 100%; a lower premium, reflecting the fact the acquired asset needs funding (for eg. DEG) would be in the realm of 40-50%; a rock bottom premium would be 30%.
    But this is a merger, and if SL can be convinced to remove his Spartan armour and lay down his arms like some Athenian pussy, then a lower premium it will be.
    At the end of the day, whatever will be will be, if I don’t like what I see, I’m free to sell and move on. It’s been a great ride and know another will come along soon.
