If it is a pathetic premium , then maybe better for Craig and SL to mine it and have the blue sky upside ?
After being a DRM holder in the Deflector mine and then having it bought out by SLR with script for a pathetic premium and then the Deflector mine being what made the margins for SLR , I can see a similar situation if RMS takes over SPR , so I am not a big fan of pathetic premiums for quality assets that end up part of a company with lack luster mines like RMS has once Penny gets mined out in a couple of years
SL seems a bit more savy that Lea Junk so hopefully a pathetic premium is looked at as a joke .
These take overs can take a fair bit of angst and time away from operations and if its a small premium, so rejected ends up a poor use of that time .

A bit less procrastination from SL on getting long lead items like the ball mill would be appreciated though IMHO .
