I think RooBendigo puts it very well.
The biggest issue of all is the price that needs to be paid. I wonder who here on HC who love this stock has been a buyer above $1.50. RMS sitting on 20% is a great investment. They have control of any external offer coming in and if they stay at 20% their potential return will be fantastic. Very interesting to see what happens over 2025.
