yeah i get it. $2.60 ps for the remaining 80% might be more palatable to get over the line first go. also would be an easier sell to an RMS holder (given current sp).... I dont think anything but a +100% premium to last close will get the job done. time will tell all.
agree with @Joelstars recent comment, you seem to be right more often than you're not!
