This is a thread which I created to put it all simply.

Other informative threads get buried from time to time, which it makes it hard for new investors to see where we are at within a concise page.
The thread is for investors who have been attracted to ESI and Coldry, but who do not know exactly what relationships there are in mix at the moment.
This thread also explains why shareholders expect a major game changing event to take place with the ESI share price over the pending days and weeks.

This statement is all encompassing of the play:
    EXCERPT:

"The State Government recently committed A$1M to the Gippsland Regional Infrastructure Development (GRID) initiative, of which ECT and Loy Yang Power are members, in this year's budget. GRID will identify rail and port infrastructure needs in and around the Latrobe Valley and provide real solutions to the transport issues that are prohibiting the export of Victoria's vast brown coal reserves.
"Coldry is commercially viable and we are now one step closer to realising this major investment opportunity in Victoria's Latrobe Valley," Mr Galtos said".

    In essence,
    - This is a major Australian and Vietnamese government
    incentive which involves:

    a) selling brown coal which is combustible in transit and
which so far can only be transported in dehydrated
    Coldry form
    (ESIs patented process)

    b) "a critical milestone" where Tincom (Loy Yang) have
assigned $100,000,000-00 (One hundred Million dollars) to
an MOU with ESI which matures after due diligence (very
soon) and which is happening due to the Victorian State
Governments backing of brown coal exports and vietnams
    domestic supply shortfall.

    c) Australia having attracted a 50 year supply deal to
Vietnam - a supply deal that is intended to be met
    between the partnership of ESI/LoyYang;
Ie, for ESI and Loy Yang to export 100
million tons of Coldry to vietnam over the next 50yrs
(form of transportable brown coal export from Australia).

The Vietnamese Government has agreed to this arrangement in principal - as of 26 February 2010 in fact.

The first exports will be initiated and produced by a Special Purpose Vehicle and will result in the first 2 million tons being exported this year.

SPV - A special partnership which is a purpose bound
company combination of Loy Yang and ESI synergies.

The resulting 2 million tons is reported to have been sold in advance and the SPV and Coldrys first exports are said to be commencing after finalised agreements are signed off, which all reports are said to be unfolding between Loy Yang and ESI this week or thereabouts.

For information on the superiority of Coldry over raw Black and Brown coal,
see the Environmentally Clean Technologies website,
where heating properties, pollution reductions and further technologies such as 'coal to oil' etc are detailed simply.

    Cheers

PS: this thread should start the day nicely, considering that there is a coal industry conference occuring later in the day, where our Cheif Executive Officer will be canvassing our technologies to a world wide audience and which may very well put our other game changing technology in the spotlight - Matmor (see ESI website).

    Heres to a good day!
