There's the other side of the debate about OPEC cuts which was other articles I read on the topic, is they are now cutting to sustain the price meaning crude demand won't recover anywhere to what people expect.
All the renewable projects and BEV's have to take a chunk out of crude demand over time. In any event MAY just needs to get on with it whilst the going is good. nice opportunity for a small to mid tier oil producer atm but they've got to get to that stage still!
