    50% chance sherritt will delay us again. But anyone talking about getting a rig in Cuba MAY be dreaming, and sherritt MAY well have us by the short and curlies.

    We are also going to need some seriously independent eyes on this drilling to ensure decent practices and real cement (not flower and water) is used, for example. Sabotage is a risk
