The only possible rabbit that could come out of the hat is an increase in the ethanol subsidy offered by the US Govt ... surprisingly this is something they are considering. If they underwrite corn and other grain values with this sort of policy they don't fork out as much on subsidies ... the infrastructure continues to be built ready for 2nd generation ethanol production (ie cellulosic).
