In April/May this stock looked very promising. I made the mistake not to get out when I read the AAE-Info “Convertable Loan Facility 31.05.2007 with Cornell Capital”.
Almost all stocks where Cornell Capital is involved get under SP pressure.
    Some interesting discussions about it:

This system works very well because many share holders get nervous und support the SP decline by selling their shares (with a lot of loss).

In most parts of Europe farming produced overproduction. Food prices dropped accordingly.
In Germany farmers got money from the government for not using their acres.
This has changed since farmers can make money with the production of energy plants (e.g. maize). In many little villages farmers own Biogas-Power-Plants and produce electricity for consumers. Food prices increased a bit – also because of the increasing export of agriculture articles. But even now not every acre is in use.

The outlook is difficult. I agree with most of the statements written in the AAE Quarterly Report 31102007 .....
IMHO selling now makes no sence. What goes down should come up some day.
Medium and long term fundamentals seems to be OK.
Market capitalisation is 17,63 Mio. AUD only !
