Yes agree gann45 when looking at the past 7 months, but I did state 'at this time' because I believe the whole show is starting to tumble, energy and all. In Austraila we have the highest proportion of Dad & Mum investors. With rising interest rates and inflation plus market fears we are seeing them pull their money out in droves to reduce their mortgages. maybe this is why our market has been the worst performing (worse than the US) this year even though we have a strong growth in out economy. It seems as though the US market may be about to plunge dramatically with the credit crunch.
