Unfortunately it's reading like it will effect the importing facility at Matanzas.
This will mean that offload of crude may not occur, I think this is the only offtake port!!!
The damage to the port will take several months to rectify, this isn't great for the struggling Cuban economy and that of its population
They will need every drop of onshore crude they can get, this will help push our cause and case for early drilling of any production wells to offset this demand
