or her my point stands he/she has very little ground to stand on worrying about ottos liquidity when the other outfit doesn’t have two pennys to rub together after paying for a drill, repayment of prepayment etc.
one has to remember a significant portion of the initial GC21 drill was actually platform mods and pipeline ….
hurricane season looking kind to the drill thus far long may it continue ….
