JACK, we dont really know what happened. The media (and witnesses ) dont get it right either.
i had an incident back in the 1970's that smashed my nose.
What did I do? Nothing.
Was sitting at a table at a nightclub, when some dude came up, grapped me by the hair, and smashed my face into the edge of the table. Great! There went my nose.
I got up and asked what his problem was.... "your sitting at my table".. lol . Been no one there for hours before me.
I thus well and trully decked him............and made the mistake of standing over him, waiting for him to stand up(big mistake). Should have finished him off.
But, up he staggered, and as he did , 3,982 people (it seemed) grabbed me in neckhollds , arm locks, etc.
They had not seen me king hit, they saw me deck the prick, so I was the aggressor.
So with 3,982 people holding me (fellt like it) , he got up and smashed me in the face with an empty beer jug.
That finished my nose, lol.
I did run into him a few years later
But, JACK, people who saw the event, didnt see me smashed, they saw ME drop him, so I was the bad guy.
True story, look at my nose. Media is not always right.
