Saturday night and a young guy goes "cruising" in his car.
He drives down a street close to the action and sees a woman with her back against a wall eating fish and chips from a newspaper with her skirt up around her waist and her knickers around her ankles.
He drives around the block and comes back to the same spot. She's still there, skirt up and knickers down eating fish and chips.
He calls out to her saying,"Excuse me Love.Do you know your skirt is up and your knickers are down?"
