Agree with you about pork being an affordable choice … even when organic it’s still cheap … I buy the medallions or lean chops to roast with veges and apple … as you know the pork cooks quickly so usually just pop it in after the veges have been cooking for a while. Would have to be pretty bloody good to beat my Shark Bay King Prawn and Scallop with burst cherry tomato Linguine. A touch of Woody Nook Fume as per recipe guarantees to blow the Master Chef away. yum
