ps. I buy very little by way of commercial "cereal". Sometimes, a sprinkle of All Bran for the crunch on top of soaked oats, chi seeds berries, etc, porridge, buckwheat, black rice. I don't ever buy flavoured oats in little packets, much cheaper and more interesting to buy the wholegrain rolled oats or steel oats, add fruits, ground seeds and nuts which are always in a jar in my fridge, add greek plain yoghurt and splash of milk. Every morning different breakfast.
I will soak some black rice overnight tonight and have this for brunch tomorrow with fruit and crushed nuts and seeds. See how I go. Oats also better when soaked overnight, more creamy....so probably same with rice.
