I have a prawn linguine recipe that I have developed that would get me into the final round of MasterChef any year lol.
My French chef daughter in law loves it and says it’s at least 2 Michelin stars 8))
Have caught 3 bream this year that over lap a dinner plate … maybe will fish more often when I eventually retire.
Agree with you about pork being an affordable choice … even when organic it’s still cheap … I buy the medallions or lean chops to roast with veges and apple … as you know the pork cooks quickly so usually just pop it in after the veges have been cooking for a while.
