I read with disbelief the deal that was put forward for the on market buy back. Grant Samuel reckons it is worth between $3.69 to $5.30 a share. The details which are available online give all the reasons under the same why we should sell into the buy back for less than what the independent expert says they are worth.
This looks very similiar to what David Tweed and his companies have done.
