Hi Hoisty, the Independent Report clealry shows how undervalued VRL is. VRLPA pays a 9 cent div, whilst VRL pays a 6 cent div (EX DIV 12/11/09). Hold onto your shares and let them appreciate. Village Roadshow Corporation has tried to pick these shares up cheap, they flagged they were going to make a full acquistion and then a week or so later says that it cant get Finance, YEAH RIGHT!!! Finance arrangements would have been in place prior to them announcing their acquisition goals, quite simply they are trying to pick the shares up as cheap as possible. They want to privatise the company, and then re-float in the years to come, similar to Myer.

The AGM is held in Brisbane on 26th Novemeber 2009, i will be in attendance and will be asking many questions to the Board, the Kirby Family are not going to rip me off!!! Also Australia play West Indies at the Gabba, starting on the 26th, which i will also be attending.
