I'm with you Kiddo.
My concern is that a prospective licensee would only lift the bar of a takeover by signing up with an agreement first.
If there is an acquisitive interest from a prospective licensee, I'm thinking it would be sooner rather than later.
Maybe ADO can avoid the fallout from a premature takeover by restricting the sale to exclusive rights to a particular market segment.
