Sorry about not getting back to you yesterday, but had the day off doing other mundane things.

Have no doubt the matter of capital raising will come up at the AGM - whether it comes up in a sensible manner is of course another thing (remember well last year's AGM).

Think we might end up with a reply "that if there is a need for additional funding the Board will consider all options", whereupon it will be up to those present to voice their logical dissent to the capital raising option.

Will take on board your sensible approach to the matter.

As an aside I will be voting yes to resolution #6 - seems to me that a lot of posters did not read the detail, plus I value the composition of the current Board.

Your comments on the travel to Germany were spot on, especially the thought "that if you think it is fun, then do it for real".
