I did a mad forehead slap when I read that the other day but didnt comment as I was burning hamsa's profile pic. Yes indeed a cr may be needed in the future but it is a known possibility. Clearly stated in the investor pressos. By then sales may be enough to acquire a loan for g1a to avoid dilution.
