There must be a lot of negotiations going on in the board room for delaying the announcement , Its clear Anteo need more time to be able to keep Diasource intact without any of the other options coming off .
The income flow from Anteo is building all but slowly , if the Diasource vendors allow more time for income and deals to be done , it is a good sign , inch by inch , the more time we get the better the chance of keeping Diasource and grow both businesses organically,
My guess worst case Diasource is sold for $35-$40 million , $10-15 million should fall into Anteo's bank account , What is Anteo worth with no debt and $15 million ? 6c to 10c and with a battery deal or Cook deal ?
Anteo is in a far better position income and partner wise than a few years back , the more time we get to finalize the most attractive deal the better our chances.
