    The decision is due today and I don't know why everyone expects to be provided at a specific time.

    I don't fir one second believe the company orchestrate timing for announcements as good news early, bad news late - do we think the company really thinks no one is watching and waiting.

    Give them to the end of the day and see what transpires.
