crunch week for may options expiry

You seem a very calculating trader, unlike many of the other hotcopper participants.
I am away next week so not going to be a coincident trader, merely seeing out my strategy and catching up by phone.
I'm coming to the conclusion gold is looking really good out to Feb next year and therefore LGL a sure bet for a $4.00+ price at least once by then. I shall retain some exposure going forward. My issue is the next four days and my large option exposure.
The Dow is closed Monday. LGL finished slightly weaker in the ADR's on Friday despite slight rebound in gold which given the rise is not unexpected. Gold stocks can be problematic as they often go up as other stocks go down but if other stocks go down too much, they go can go down as well. I suspect we shall see this Monday with LGL posting a small decline of say 3-5 cents. Still not a bad effort given the vertical recovery.
My gut feels tells me one day next week we should see close to a 10% rise in LGL and other golds as US investors join the party whereas so far we have just had a recovery from the sell down by Fidelity (while they are still selling). That is why I am hanging in for the $3.50+ price. I suspect gold will need to test the $941 level to achieve this by thursday.
I will probably exercise or roll out to June or later if it doesn't happen by Thursday. The worst result would be the stock retraces back below $3.20 by Thursday and then rebounds if I don't. I risk giving away my profit if it does so.

I'm committed to the strategy now. Any insights on gold appreciated.
