Chippy I leave you alone in this thread and you have been causing havoc. I think they have had level 3 actuaries doing this number crunching.my mate who manages a school in the U.S says they admit the top .1% into level 1 for level two 10% of the level 1 gets admitted and for level 3 5% of level 2 its the navy seals of risk and mathematics. So its way beyond the scope of a builder and tech to crunch these numbers.
