I thought I would crunch a few numbers. Feel free add to correct my numbers as you see fit. Ive gone for an quite conservative approach.
35,000 tonnes x 15gpt = 18,518 ounces
18, 500ounces x (GOP1600- 900 cash costs) = 12 950 000 profit in the first year
Used 35,000 tonnes as you would imagine it would take a while. Plans to ramp up to 60,000TPA
Used grade of 15gpt however this could prove to be a gross underestimate with 500kg bulk sample in the Mestre winze having 39gpt. Somewhere in between i would suggest would be appropriate
Used cash cost of $900 again could prove to be a gross overestimate. With peer cash costs around the $600pt mark.
Gold price of 1600 with potential upside.
Let the fun begin.
All IMO.
