Sitting in an airport with my plane delayed I decided to read through the independent research valuation again.

Looking at the Revenue and costs used per tonne I cannot work out how they calculated the figures. Hopefully I am just having an end of the week moment.........

The cost per tonne used in the valuation is $60AUD. They say in the note that they took the PFS costs, converted to AUD at 75c and escalated them by 12.5%. The cost in the PFS was USD $48.03. So when I do the conversion at 75c and escalate by 12.5% I get AUD$72.05 where as they seem to have used AUD $60 (Cash operating costs FOB). Am I comparing apples with apples here?

Then on the revenue they have used 65% fines price of USD$130 + a $18.30 premium = USD$148.30. When I convert that to AUD at .75 I get AUD $197.73. They seem to have used AUD$238 in the valuation.

I expect I am missing something obvious here, so if someone can set me straight that would be much appreciated.
    Cheers
    Baz
