In WM's letter to shareholders of 28 June 2013 complaining about M&G's dumping of CDU stock it is clearly stated that 'EMS/Index Engineering has confirmed that the crusher will be commissioned on 30th July' and 'the crushing of the Native Copper will commence on 5th August'.
Well, excuse me, but both these dates have long past and the only releases made by the company relate to ore that we may be digging underground in 6 to 10 years time. For Gods sake, the share price is under the hammer NOW not in six years.
The market needs to know why these dates were not achieved and what the revised dates are. The market needs to know that contracts for the sale of DSO are in place not that 'we're looking at it'.
Sure, give us great drilling results but also give us the bad news on missed schedules and dead lines. The company is not handling the current SP situation well at all.
