Generally speaking, if a shareprice is continually hammered there is an imbalance of selling volume . However I agree that for every seller there is a buyer and the last few months has been ideal to accumulate a strong position .
I am following the post of Jembsb a few weeks ago that stated he had talked to IanT who apparently suggested a depressed hedge fund was selling, and a recent media article that mentioned IanT as suggesting there was a current challenge in NXS remaining independent (not the exact quote) .
