crux fpso contract update, page-19

It's funny how market reactet the ann. today, doesn't the market already know yesterday from AGM result ? it was quite clearly stated in the AGM result. I've posted my concern to this issue early this morning unfortunately I posted in the ASX-General by mistake.
Last year I was there what NXS announced that Viking is buying 15% stakes for $1.35 (or is it $1.35 I can't remember) and also became the FPSO provider for CRUX project. The SP jumped from around 1.15c to $1.55 I think, all I can remember is I made around 50%.
At that time I thought there're must be a 'deal' going on between Viking securing FPSO for Crux and them buying 15% stake at that price.
The question now : what is the major repercussions for NXS.
I pulled out my 32.5c buy order just before the market open today because I am worry that Viking will file a lawsuit. What a turn around before the closing !, I would've make some healthy profit today.
