Don’t be fooled by the share price activity. Financing of ICO to be announced ahead of the July construction start date as James quoted in this interview.
Expect an announcement to drop any day now as there is only about 30 trading days left before full construction actually gets underway.
All investors in JRV should be cementing there final positions now as it is going to be game on sooner than most believe.
