Make it non-dilutive, make it clear through interviews and presentations that that is exactly what the board is targeting for the next CR and watch the SP soar on the back of news like today's, instead of languishing near all time lows. I mean at one point during today I checked the SP and it was back flat at 0.67- this should be unthinkable on the day a new economic porphyry is confirmed.
