Management large salaries and little insider ownership has made me watch this for years as they will not necessarily do what's in the shareholders best interest with dilution. The chairman said they wouldn't spend when the market wasn't right, but they will need money to execute this year. Odds are they will raise before the PFS to wet the beaks of the market of larger shareholders. additional consolidation before that would make sense but I did find it amusing how crux shut down CEs sales pitch a couple times lol.
I will add to my position after the next raise, but am happy to not hear about a water plant for once.
