But the company isn't impressing re modern comms so far, I have to admit.

I mean - come on, you've got a company which has got a ~4M prize sitting there (options conversion if over 25c) and they can't even be bothered getting back to the market to say "yep, the cap raise was at 30c, so was raised at a premium, not the 23c the 2A notice indicated which was because of the average on the first tranche..." (if I'm correct in thinking thats what the deal is) to provide an easy boost on the share price and get them some more money to do things with.

It's just wierd.
