Its time to b a little bit more patient, think 4 more weeks to go IMO, as cited in the media, b4 we have an offer.

Here's something I recall reading from a recent valuation report valuing each NXS assset on its basis,

Shares on issue: 645.4m
Cash: A$53m

Longtom: Valued at A$257m or 0.40c/sh (ie 257/645.4)
Crux: A$868m or $1.34/sh
Total : $1.74

In short Crux alone is valued at over a dollar & with the recent success at Libra, it has become the Crown jewel for NXS to bargain on.

We haven't seen the actual field estimates on Libra yet, wonder whats happening there. Have they found something bigger & just want to make sure the numbers are ok b4 releasing it to the mkt? I dont know the answer, but yes apprx 207m gross sands is mouth watering option indeed & one would make sure the numbers tally up allright.

Its being quoted that NXS is keen on staying as the operator, so I guess the Crux off the matter is IanT is playing hardball here & is a shrewd negotiator, who doesnt want to loose the entire slice of the pie.

Interesting 3-4 weeks ahead for all those who have been patient enough.
