Fair comment. It does make one wonder why Crux was not done with Shell. Maybe its the gas deal with Shell, and I figure Shell and NXS could not come to terms on the value of all of Crux or it would have been snapped up already.

Small things leave hints about what's going on. With the old management at the helm, NXS spent money like no tomorrow and that has been addressed with new members of the board. It shows because if one earns over a mill a year you think that you have some money saved so that you don't have to sell shares to take up your share entitlement. Money management is important running a company, and new board members will help.

As for the share price, I would hope that ES and Crux would have great synergy with the Prelude/Icthysomethingorrather developments. It is lingering around 40 for a reason, lets hope the company gives it a new reason to go back into the $ price range.
