the directors are guaranteed to make decisions that they consider give the best chance of enhancing long term shareholder value.
it is completely insane to suggest that they are at all interested in splitting out chunks of assets for the wrong reasons.
they all (bar the new one, who has been buying in) have multi million dollar plus shareholdings in the company. if the shareprice performs they will clean up.
they are all up for decent option parcels at the upcoming August 28 general meeting. those options will be excecisable at $1.62 from between 9 to 15 months of their grant.
its easy money at or below this option strike price equivalent.
