Why is everyone who bring a balanced view a shorter? I hold NXS because I believe in the quality of the assets but I have been disappointed by the lacklustre performance of our overly paid management. From the current price there is limited downside IMO, but there's no doubt that risks remain and one of those is the Crux farmout. NXS is trading at a discount relative to its peers because of the uncertainty associated with Crux. Only when this is removed will we see some significant improvement in the SP, IMO.
