Just like remembering failed directors before buying into the spec stocks, so you should wipe off all these charlatans who got it so wrong. Epic failures. There are a tonne more in IMF, Economist, Pimco heads and a multitude of other most overseas "Experts".
The only person that has called it right for this whole time is Chris Joye. I would listen to him and about only him because of track record, and he is now bearish on property - fair enough.
I wouldn't be buying in his home market of Sydney now either.
