"Due to the nature of the company's activities, being mineral exploration, the company does not have ready access to credit facilities, with the primary source of funding being equity raisings.

Therefore, the focus of the company's capital risk management is the current working capital position against the requirements of the company to meet exploration programmes and corporate overheads.

There is no current intention to incur debt funding on behalf of the company as on-going exploration expenditure will be funded via cash reserves, equity or joint ventures with other companies. The company's strategy is to ensure appropriate liquidity is maintained to meet anticipated operating requirements, with a view to initiating appropriate capital raisings as required."
