Let's read this gobbledigook again...

"Therefore, the focus of the company's capital risk management is the current working capital position against the requirements of the company to meet exploration programmes and corporate overheads".

I think they are saying "We'll manage our capatial by only spending it on exploration and corporate overheads". By extension if they have no capital there wont be any exploration. I think that's we we find ourselves today. Sure as hell there will be some "corporate overheads".
