Any case against GDN directors from disgruntled shareholders would look rediculous...so what if they said they believed the company to have far more value than the sp and they were going to do a road show ? means nothing and are certainly not misleading statements. All directors believe their company is worth more.
Things were supposed to be kicked off with the new RPS reserve report which it did to a sense as it got to 5c but that was it. After that it probably became obvious very quickly that there is no way they can get the options over the line. Experienced traders would have seen and known this long ago.
The best case you have against them is for over enthusiasm and last I looked there is nothing wrong with that. No point in spending 100k galavanting around the country trying to flog a dead horse.
2011 will be the year of the heads imo.
