On Friday, a single investor placed an order for 750,000 Cryosite shares.
Is the buyer serious? After all, chances of sellers satisfying the order are small.
The buyer is clearly low-balling. A bid of 3.1c values CTE at less than $1.5m.
Sure, Cryosite has just announced a $1.7m loss for the year to June 30.
On the other hand, the group has affirmed that:
1. Cash stands at ~$4m
2. Turnover stands at ~$8m, up almost 35%
3. Operations are "fundamentally breaking even".
I sense the buyer at 3.1c will - if he/she/it wants to join the Top 10 list - need to revise the offer, perhaps even doubling or trebling it.
