EML's issues relate to an Irish company that they acquired in 2019. This is a completely different proposition to Novatti who are registered in Australia and have grown organically (other than Emersion) and in particular when considering the rigourous due diligence APRA have/ continue to undertake on the parent company in relation to their 'live' Restricted ADI application.

Personally, I was expecting the negative sentiment to impact Novatti's share price. The fact that it has held up as well as it has in light of this and the rotatation from tech stocks to value and the current macro inflationary pressures, demonstrates underlying resilience in the price and investor confidence.
